I try to sign into App Store to make a download but it’s telling me to to insert my app ID and password but after several attempts it’s locked.now I can’t access my App Store,a window will pop up bearin I tunes to insert my Apple ID and password which it will tell me to contact I tunes support services.please kindly unlocked my App Store and I tunes to be recognise my App ID and password so that I can make download.thank yourself
