Why
Its probably a scam. Apple never sends those types of emails out. They have other ways of letting you know when that happens.
Make sure the email is actually coming from Apple:
Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
There are no replies.
Apple sent an e-mail and said they temporarily locked our I’d for security reasons we don’t no why we are living somewhere else now until our house is rebuilt because of the fire in Santa Rosa Ca
