problem using the audio files from icloud drive in music library

I am currently using iPhone X. I have a problem using the audio files from icloud drive in music library. I know we can sync using itunes from system. Why a user is forced to use the system every time just to access our own files from icould storage. Please let me know is there any workaround to resolve this. This is not at all user friendly.
