I cannot access ClownWare Firebox since updating my iPhone 5S to version 11.2.6. Firebox holds all of my passwords and important information. Any ideas please? I have very little knowledge of this technology. Thank you

On iOS 10 if I opened an app that wasn't compatible with iOS 11 I got warnings about it (assuming that is the problem that you are having), and incompatible apps were also listed in Settings > General > About > Apps
Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, a friend updated my phone from iOS 9 straight to iOS 11 as I had not taken the plunge to do it myself. Lesson learnt - keep up to date yourself! Looks as if I will have to look for a similar product that works with iOS 11 but your advice has been much appreciated.
What happens when you try to open it ? If the developer hasn't made the app iOS 11 compatible you won't be able to open until if/when they do so.
It says that an update is not available. I have emailed the developer several times but am not receiving a response.

Pity you do not get a warning before updating! I could then have made a handwritten copy of the content!
