Apple id blocked

hello,
I have old apple id on my ipod , but i can't remember the password : Mail is *** i tryed to recover password with mail but my mail is blocked too because of i haven't logged in on that mail 3-4 year allready , i have ipod , i was trying to recover password but i couldn't , now i updated my ipod and its blocked , how can i recover password ? i messaged to mail to recover at first mail but they aren't answering me . what can i do to recover the password of this apple id :*** ..

Reset Apple ID password I was trying to use my old phone which is iphone6+ But my apple ID wasn’t working. Apple said password is wrong and can not log in. And I was trying to fix this problem but They said wait email until 24hours but I never get a email. I already try more than 10times.
