My Mac is frozen!!!

hi. I recently (3 days ago) tried putting in the passcode on my MacBook. It gave me the spinning pinwheel which I am able to move around the screen. However, time is stuck at 6.30 on tuesday, and my batteryalthough it has been charging al ong time is stuck at 56%. J can move the qheel around the screen but can’t click. I’ve literslly held the peer button down for twenty minutes multiple times along with ten seconds apiece. Nothing. I’ve let it die by

leaving it uncharged for days. Nothing. It turns on and is on the same screen. Please help thank you
