macbook pro constant restarts

Hi. My MacBook pro keeps shutting down randomly & restarting. I believe its a common issue called kernel panic but every post I've looked at and followed the guides, nothing cures it. Ive ran first aid, I've updated all software & hardware, I've deleted all apps that i don't need and I've upgraded the memory to 8gb but its still happening and very frustrating.
