High Sierra Bootcamp win 10

Hi all I have had my Mac mini late 2012 for a few years now and have installed Windows plenty of time but my mini completely screwed up so had to do a complete fresh install of the new high Sierra and now when I go to install win 10 it will only let me use 38gb out of a 1tb hd? Have contacted Apple support trolled the internet and stilll can’t get round this.
