My daughter has a prepaid phone (not an iPhone) She needed an account in order to buy apps. I had entered my Apple ID information and ever since I did that it looks as if she had an iPhone (imessenger) when I send her texts it’s in blue and she doesnt receive them. I removed my account from her phone. Had her reset her phone completely. I logged in to itunes and her phone is not listed under my devices yet She’s still not able to see my texts unless i take i messenger off

Hey Jrod,

The only way her phone number would be linked to iMessage is if she had an iPhone in the past and signed into an Apple ID, it would link it just by signing into a phone that's not an iPhone with the email account.

Go to the link below and enter her phone number in the section that says she no longer has an iPhone and see if that works. Or provide more information about the issue, like if she owned an iPhone in the past.

Let's see if I understand your post ...

Your daughter does not have an iPhone. OK.

How could this be? Apps only run on iOS devices. She does not have an iPhone. So does that mean she has an iPad, iPod or Apple TV to run these apps?

What???? She does not have an iPhone; therefore, it cannot have an Apple ID account.

There's more I don't understand, but I'll stop there. Please clarify more about the exact scenario.
