New iphone 11 switched off I bought a new iPhone 11 and a 20 w charger from amazon. Just unboxed the phone, signed up, and then connected it to a new apple 20 w charger and it switched off. No charging animations, nothing, just turned off. This is my first time using an Apple product, please help.
