My 4k tv inconsistently loses signals, anyone have the same problem?

My 4k Tv has been losing signals inconsistently. i have to manually using the remote to restart AppleTv each time. does anyone else have the same problem.

I've done the right setting, with the right cables in place. not sure why i am having issues.
