My MacBook Pro keeps freezing and then restarting...

Retina MacBook Pro, late 2013, running High Sierra 10.13.3. 16Gb RAM


Just started happening in the last few days - starts up fine, ticks along nicely, then sometime in the next ten minutes to hour it either shuts down or freezes and then shuts down. If I leave it on a desk for a while not doing anything I can guarantee it'll shut down within an hour or so.


I've reset the PRAM and the SMC and that hasn't done anything and I ran an EtreCheck thing this morning and it says there are hardware problems. Unfortunately it isn't completely clear to me what those problems are. I've attached the Etrecheck main report below. Any thoughts?
