data too slow

for a while now i’ve been having problems with my phones data being way too slow, i recently went verizon to see if there’s anything that can happen and they told me to just reset my network settings(which i’ve done several times already) and if that didnt work to contact apple (i have tried to go to a live chat but it says i’m not allowed to do so??)

Make sure your iPhone is up to date.

Tap Settings > General > Software Update

Tip .. in the future, please tell us which iPhone model you have, ie., 5, 6, 7, etc.
