my iphone 6 is opening apps by itself, how can i fix that?

Every time i try to unlock my phone it starts tweaking not allowing me to touch the screen for a while. Then when i am able to unlock the phone it just starts opening apps all by itself and doing its own thing. I tried resetting my phone and turning it off but none of that works. Please i need help ASAP
