podcast album art rejected

Can someone tell me why I am getting this error

"Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."

My image is 1400 x 1400 (got specs off of Photoshop). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why is my podcast artwork being rejected? Podcast Image Error Hi, can anyone help? Podcast Connect - Artwork error message HALP PLEASE! :) I am creating a podcast in Apple Podcasts and I keep getting the error - "Art - Artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests." I have: Converted my image to RGB colour space Resized to 1400 x 1400 Changed the size to 600KB And I still have the error on Apple podcasts! What do I need to do?
