Hi Guys,Need an urgent solution

Hi Guys, I have lost my iphone 5, now i have bought iphone 6 but unfortunately forgot my password of i cloud & app store.I have tried to recover it from my phone number but they are demanding 13 days to recover it. Now the problem is i,m moving to another coutry where i cant use my old phone number but apple team will send the instructions on my old number.and also i have to recover my data as soon as possible.If some one can help me with this scenario then please reply.Thanks
