Tried to dial 911 many times on keypad. Nothing happens. Will not dial 911.

Today after I called 911 to report a car accident, my iPhone 13 would not allow me to make or receive calls. I wondered if it had to do with the 911 call because after I hung up from that call, something flashed briefly on the screen about 411. Could the fact that I dialed an emergency number affect my phone's ability to make or receive calls?

Call cuts off When I call someone and they answer, call cuts off and when I call again it goes through ok

Make sure your iPhone is up to date. Tap Settings > General > Software Update. The latest iOS version available for your iPhone is 11.2.6.
