my Tablet keeps saying I need more iCloud space which costs money, but I have lots of available space. Why would I pay money each month to increase my iCloud space when my tablet already has lots of space.

I’ve deleted photos, apps and other things, only to be told I need to pay for more iCloud space. This is very annoying.
