What is this cause? do i need to just return to the retailer and ask for refund?
Unfortunately, you cannot remedy this on your own.
1] Since newly purchased, contact seller for assistance/replacement.
or 2] Make an appointment at the nearest Apple location to have your watch evaluated for free.
Once the diagnostics are complete, the staff will explain your options.
