how do you send messages from Mac to iPhone? I accidentally deleted some messages on iPhone but its still saved on my Mac

You cannot simply transfer previously sent messages from the iPhone to the Mac (or vice versa).

You may restore the deleted messages to the iPhone from your iPhone backup that was made while the messages were there.
