How can i open my apple id on another phone to get my notes back?

My iphone 7plus fell in water today,and I cannot open my apple id to get back my notes(urgently) i have to enter the two factor authentication,but I cannot get it bcz the phone is not turning on. Please any help????

Where were your notes housed? Did you keep them in iCloud? If so, use any computer's web browser to visit http://www.icloud.com, open the Notes app there and you will find all your notes.
