Question: Apple Watch 2 not recording heart rate accurately during intense workout
My Apple Watch 2 is not always accurately reading my heart rate during intense workouts. I use the stair mill at full speed and my heart rate will not consistently read correctly. It will be in the 120-150 range and then suddenly drop down to 60-80-even though I am going at the same intensity. I use the Stair Stepper Workout, which seemed the closet activity to the stair mill. My watch is snug, and I have no lotions on my arm. This then affects the move calories burned and the various challenges/achievement goals.
