Why cant i buy anything on my acc?

Whenever i try to buy smth it says i have to congact with itunes support but why should I if i have all of my informations onner?

I did wait weeks now, I did try this “contact” here but u guys said to check my details again, and the thing is i wanted to set up my credit card but it doesnt let me do my hungarian card ro have a hungarian postcode cmon guys
