why does the spacebar increase the volume

when writing a textmess. the volume box shows up on the screen and the volume increases. Mostly it is when I use spacebar. Sooo annoying and how do I get rid of it? cleaned the phone completely, started as a new phone but it is still there.. Any ideas?

iPhone X-OTHER, iOS 11.2.6

Hello, looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question.

1. Do you have headphones plugged into the iPhone when this is happening?

2. Is the only happening in the Messages app or in any app that you can text in?

Hi,

1 no headphones plugged in. Have bluetooth headset and I have disconnected that one, turned the bluetooth off but it still happens.

2 only in iPhones "original" text message app.
