Anyone know how long it would usually take for a movie to come out on the TV app that has already been released?

So basically I've been waiting for a specific movie to come out on the TV app and I pre-ordered it as well. The movie was released February 9th, 2018 and it is now March 4th, 2018. It says you can only pre-order it atm. Wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes for a movie that has already been released to be released on the TV app. Please comment if you know anything that would help. Thank you! 😀
