Why is it that HP Smart app is available on my IPhone (6S) but not findable on my Mac Pro ( High Sierra)

As stated above. HP Smart is visible in the App Store on my IPhone 6S

its not findable on my Mac Pro. Why are they different, where did HP Smart go?

The developer either hasn’t created a Mac OS X version or didn’t publish it to the Mac App Store. Macs and iOS devices use a different OS with different architecture.
