There's always a "You must enter a valid mobile number" error when i change county. The mobile number is CORRECT.

I need to change the county/region. When I put in the payment info, there's always a error "You must enter a valid mobile number". The number is absolutely correct, it is the number that i am using in the targeting county. Is this a bug?
