How do I find photos by filename in Photos in iCloud?

I am tryong to reply to Professor Larsenns question in 2015 that is now closed.

There is a way to do see the filename of photos in iCloud - a little clunky.

If you select a photo and click download then immediately look in Safari's download window then you can see the filename.
