We couldn't make your iCloud Music Library available?: SOLUTION

So I just found a solution to this re-occuring problem. I don't know if this is old news but all I had to do was log out of iCloud and then iTunes and log back into iTunes, and then iCloud. Hope this helps.

Genius results can't be updated because the iTunes Store doesn't recognize your music library. When I tried to sync my music library with iCloud, I get this message. However, the instructions don't match (see my File > Library menu below). When I buy songs from iTunes store or add music from my Apple Music subscription, they show up on all of my devices. Updating iCloud Music library problems After 5 attempts I can not get my iCloud music library to update without ITunes freezing. This is my first time using it since subscribing to Apple Music. All is well until the process of uploading my library on my pc to icloud begins, that’s when iTunes stops responding. Both my phone and iTunes on my pc are up to date and my internet connection is ample. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is the main reason I chose Apple Music over Spotify.

Can't update iCloud music So when I click on "Update iCloud Music Library" Under File>Library I get the following error: "Genius results can't be updated because the iTunes store doesn't recognize your iTunes library?" Please choose File>Library>Turn of Genius to turn off Genius, then turn it back on. This option does not even exist in iTunes Library version 12.9.5.5 All it shows is update Genius. My iCloud Music Library is turned on. HELP!!!
