Siri & Search is MISSING from my settings, what happened?

So, I just noticed how in my settings that ‘Siri & Search’ is missing from my settings.. I updated it with the 11.2.6 update, but I don’t know if that’s why Siri & Search is gone, but I also had my phone screen replaced by Apple itself due to shattering it, I don’t know if that’s probably why.. I would just want to know how to get help.. Siri & Search would usually be in between I think sounds and Touch ID.. but it’s missing, i even tried searching for it in the search bar but nothing pops up.. Can someone help me?
