Phantom Photos Again!

I deleted every single photo from my iPad. But it still says that photos is taking up 700 MB! I tried setting the date back, but that didn’t work. Whenever I have an actual question, I never get a reply on this site. Apple says nothing about how to fix this. I want an answer. How do I free up this space that nothing is taking up?

The Photos App Takes Up Space Without Any Photos I own an iPad Mini 4 which has no photos, videos, or other media stored on my device (neither in the regular Camera album, the Recently Deleted folder, and no other albums exist). Storage full Hye i’m using 6s and currently my storage is full with no single photo in albums and i’d tried the famous “change the date method” to find phantom photos and did not work for me at all. For now i only have whatsapp and google photos app, and if anyone suggesting to download any app regarding the said problem i’m sorry I can’t. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
