I have some applications which contain some important data. Can this recovery mode recover these apps too???

I changed my passcode and i forgot. I have some applications which contain some important data which i never vackup. Can this recovery mode recover these apps too???

iPhone 6, iOS 7.1

No. If the in app data is not backed up or synced with a cloud service, and you forget your passcode, the data is gone.
