How to get deleted messages back

I was trying to click off the delete

section on my iPhone and accidentally clicked delete all and I don’t know how to get my messages back to my phone ASAP

If you have been backing up your phone and you haven't backed up since you deleted the messages, restore your phone from backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

If you do not backup, your messages are gone.

The only way to recover deleted text messages is to restore the phone to a backup that was made when the messages were on the phone. If you do not have a backup, the messages are gone. If you do and restore, understand that anything done since the backup was made, will be deleted.
