How do I register my new number to my iPhone
I changed my number and now can’t get my phone to register to it, I don’t know how to delete the old number

You'll probably have to contact your phone company about this or take it to an Apple Store. It's not just a matter of changing it yourself in settings or else everybody could just steal other telephone numbers.
