i cancelled a subscription an now i cant update my apps or download games why?

Cancelled pandora plus subscription on my iPhone 5s after it overdrafted my bank account (thanks apple appreciate that btw..) An now I can't update apps or download any says there's a billing problem it's acting like it's trying to charge me for something when y'all already took the payment an it was after I declined to renew the subscription so fix it so I can use my phone again!
