I deleted Macintosh HD with Disk Utility and now I can't reload Mac OS

Help! I'm desperate!! 😢 So I went to clear my data to sell my MacBook Pro and instead I deleted the Internal Macintosh HD drive with Disk Utility.

When I do the Command + R+Power for recovery mode I get a spinning globe and a clock

When I do the Command + Option+Command +R I get the Recovery screen and I try to reinstall Mac OS but It doesn't show a disk, to install to.

I have no idea what I'm doing.. and so angry at myself for what I did.

One thought I had was....

I have a MacBook Air that I have a Time Machine Backup from. Could I use that as a recovery option? If so, how would I do that?

MacBook Pro, iOS 11.2.6

So the Restore from Time Machine backup won't work?

Also, because my Os is gone.. I can't get to setup/Migration Assistant on the MacBook that I deleted the drive on.
