Is there a way to change the back glass on iPhone 8 ?

The back of my iPhone 8 is practically shattered and little shards of glass fell out at the edge around the camera leading to inside the phone. Is there a way to fix this or should I just get a good case and let it be ?

The glass is fused to the case. It can cost up to the out of warranty replacement cost. It might be possible to just replace the case, but I'm thinking it would probably be completely replaced.
