storage warning wont reset

Question

storage warning wont reset

I have 5gb phone storage and 4gb iCloud storage but still my warning icon is on and won’t reset. I’m using a 6splus. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. As stated in my post yesterday, I have over 4gb of memory available on both my Iphone and my Icloud. On my iPhone My settings tab is indicating my memory is full. When I click on the settings tab The phone still has over 4 gigs open.

Either these two sentences contradict each other, or you need to explain just where you are seeing the full-memory indication versus where you see 4GB available.

Please supply screen shots of the two, if you can.
