I have an app that I need taken off because I didn’t want to purchase it and I spoke to someone in Nov but at the time didn’t have the money to pay for it to get reimbursed

I need to know how I can get it taken off and get reimbursed so I can update my phone. I have loaded a iTunes card to pay for it. So that I can be reimbursed

You should place your finger on the App's icon and hold it there until all the icons start to jiggle, then press the small X that appears to delete it. This will not stop the payments so you also have to follow these instructions.
