Window 7 User Profile Failed to Logon

If you are running on Window 7 & received the message “The User Profile Service Service failed the logon” and you manage to Start Window at Safe Mode after Pressing F8 and how do you get out of Safe Mode to Run Window Normally?

If you shut down and restart then Windows should open normally, unless of course the issue that forced you into using Safe Mode in the first place is still unresolved. See You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon" error message.
