account suspension email

I got an email from <jjD6Zukui9.amsservice.pTc8i3S7@apple.com> saying:

. We have recently detected that your Apple Id has been having an issue with you billing account. . . . . .

. . .

..

Sincerely,

Apple Account Team

The link seems to take me to a legitimate site but when I login in from outside to the link, my account is working fine with all the details. There seems to be an issue with billing information which I didn't provide while setting up and clicked "none" option. This form requires me to give card details which I do not want to give.

I'm not sure whether this is genuine or not but I haven't received an email from this email previously and my account seems to working fine everywhere else. I'm not sure what to do.

iPhone 5s, iOS 11.2.1, null

Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/HT201679 - lacking in specifics, the next link is better:

Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - https://support.apple.com/HT204759

Forward attempts as an attachment to: reportphishing@apple.com

- Apple e-mails address you by your real name, not something like "Dear Customer" , "Dear Client" or an e-mail address.

- Apple e-mails originate from @apple.com or @itunes.com but I think it is possible to spoof a sender address

- Mouse over links to see if they direct to real Apple web sites. Do not click on them as this just tells the spammer they have a working e-mail address in thier database.

- Phishing emails often threaten you to scare you into doing something without thinking.
