i have a problem with i message and facetime ?

when i open i message it does not show i tried geting it out of the dock and start it from the application again dont work and about facetime i tried to log in keeps runing without opening my mac is to the latest update high ssierra 10.13.3

i checked everything apple id and passowrd but there is not luck it works fine with my iphone ..

iPhone 7, iOS 11.0.2

I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing or describing, but if you are having issues launching both Messages and FaceTime on your Mac, you may want to test to see if they will launch successfully in a new user, as outlined in the following article:
