Silhouette Bluetooth issues

I am unable to connect my Silhouette to my Mac book pro. I know that I have to connect the blue tooth from the software and the machine itself. It shows connected after several tries and then it disconnects. I often have difficulties with connecting several items on my MacBook. My HP and Android Phone are super easy to hook up. Does Apple bluetooth only work seamless with other Apple devices? Frustrated often.

Macbook won't see any bluetooth devices. For some reason, my Mac has stopped letting me connect new bluetooth devices. I was having issues with a headset, removed it from the Mac bluetooth list to reset everything, and now it doesn't show up on the available devices to connect to the Mac. I just did the same thing with another headset, and, while the headset isn't connected to any other device, the Mac won't pick up the headset now that I removed it from the list. I've toggled the bluetooth on and off on the Macbook itself, and, still, if I didn't already connect the device, it won't pick up any other device. Any suggestions on how to get the Macbook to see devices that I'd removed from the list? Advanced menu doesn't help at all.

Universal Clipboard Just got a new MacBook Air. Universal Clipboard isn't working. Bluetooth is on both devices, same Wi-fi network. "Handoff" or whatever is selected in System Prefs. It worked with my old Mac. Also, I can use AirDrop. So why not Universal Clipboard?

bluetooth problems with big sur I just upgraded to Big Sur. Bluetooth problem: when I want to send a file to another device, I select the device I want to sent the file to, but it doesn't give me the handoff menu to "Send file to device" or "browse files on device." This method is given in the "Help" for bluetooth, however, there is no additional menu as in the past to do this. HELP.
