How I back up my game data through Game Center

i am playing clash of clans 4-5 year and I back up on Game Center after updating 10.3.3 n lost my all data then I m contact supercell they have to back my clash of clan lost data .now how I back up my game data through Game Center.and how can I see what game data are save with Game Center.I seen that setting=>Game Center there is only login information provided

how can I see what game data are backup with Game Center.how I store my game data without Game Center ?? How I save clash of clans data without game center ?plz help me how I store my game data
