Broken Apple Watch

I bought an Apple Watch last year. It’s is the series 2. I am having major problems with it and have tried everything to fix it but I cant. There is this narrator that talks and doesn’t turn of or allow me to do anything. It also made me call sos today.

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with your Apple Watch. I am happy to check this out with you. The narrator sounds like the feature VoiceOver. This is discussed in the manual here: Apple Watch User Guide

You can ask Siri to turn it off, the manual states:

Ask Siri. “Turn VoiceOver off.”
