iPhone Lock screen image low quality

I have an HD wallpaper that appears super clear in the Photos app on my iPhone 6, yet when I set it to my lock screen the image quality drops and is no longer sharp. Also when I use it as the background for my home screen, it is clear and appears as it should.

Live Wallpaper When I look at a Live Photo in photos it looks perfectly fine, full resolution and everything, but when I set it as my lock screen wallpaper it get super blurry when I press on the screen. Blurry Wallpapers I upgraded my iPhone 8 to iOS 16. My wallpaper I’ve been using for years is fine on the lock screen is fine but on the home screen it’s blurred. The same for every wallpaper. I’m stumped & can’t figure out what’s going on. Any help would be appreciated.
