Iphone 7 continuous apple logo flashing

I have a technical issue I own a iPhone 7 and last night it began to flash the apple logo as if it were starting up over and over. I have searched online and it suggests I update it/restore it. I have restored it but it continues to flash the apple logo over and over. It says it connects to my laptop and it says it was a successful restoration and nothing changes. What else can I do?
