How to publish in all countries ?

Hi,

I have written a free ebook with ebooks author on my MacBook Pro.

I have published it in the French Store (i live in France)

Some of subscribers (who speak French) can't download my ebook because they don't live in France (Canada, Belgium for example..)

Is there anything that i can do to solve the issue ?
