How can I know which Intel CPU is being used in my iMac?
The overview says 3,2 GHz Intel Core i5 which hardly any information đ
Is there any console command I can use? (I tried the usual linux commands but none worked)

It's telling you exactly what the processor is...It's an i5 and it's running at 3.2 GHz, not sure what else you want to know that can give you more information about it. You can get a little bit more information if you click on the Apple in the corner of the screen, and then when the window pops up click on "System Report", this will generate yet another window and when it does, make sure on the left hand side that "Hardware" is highlighted and it will give you a little more information, however, it's not much more.
Well, that would be very important if you want to know what else the chip can do (cache size, SSE, AES and so on) or if you want to upgrade it.
BTW, there are some 50 different i5 or so
What else do you want to know?
The Terminal command sysctl -n machdep.cpu.brand_string should tell you the model number in the chip family. E.g. i5-3470, i5-4570, or i5-6500.
