Question: Error: sorry cannot process the purchase

I’m trying to make Ann in-app purchase and I constantly get the “Error: sorry cannot process the purchase” Error message. Any thoughts??

Hello margelne28,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you tried to make a purchase but it is giving you an error when it tries to process the purchase. One thing that may be happening is if the payment method is declined. I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue. ​

If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store
